The representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The discount rate was also icing on the cake. I'm yet to use their services but having this warranty gives us peace of mind. If God forbid we have a need to file a claim for repairs, I will update my feedback with more details.

Ther main reason for switching to First Premier is the fact that I was told that everyone I would talk to are Americans and not foreigners. I cannot understand the heavy accents. Also, I was told that I could use local contractors and service people because we are a rural area and most home warranty companies do not have service people in our area, so it takes forever to get something repaired

We have had our coverage for several months now and have not had a claim we could make a report for. We can report having a peace of mind.

Anetra was great, she was very nice to work with, she was very friendly and professional and very patient with me. I will recommend her to everyone I know looking for insurance needs.

Best warranty service out there. I cannot believe how fast there service turnaround is. I called to place a claim 9am and a technician was scheduled and at my house 10:45am the same day!! I’m so glad I was referred by my friend for this company. Only good things

Knowledge & demonstrated awareness of the problem and quick remediation by the serviceman. The problem was in trying to send the payment to your company. Fix that!
