I submitted a claim for my HVAC system on 3/11/2026. They said they would not cover the repairs but would reimbursement for the refrigerant. As of 6/17/2026 I have still not received a check. When I call, I'm on hold and then the call drops. If I do get lucky and someone actually answers, the connection is poor and I'm hung up on or I'm told that the check is being processed. As of this morning I have been hung up on 3 times and am currently on the line with a rep and the phone is completely silent. Hopefully, I don't get hung up on again. I would never refer them to a friend or enemy.

In my opinion all the home warranties are nothing but scams, there’s no way they will fix or replace the items if it will cost them money. I have dealt with a few of them and this one by far is the worst.

Complete failure to answer their phone! One day I called 5 times waiting 30 minutes fir them to just answer! After 30 minutes they just hung up the phone!

This company is a fraudulent company that cons people into extended home warranties. I canceled my contract in February 2026 and here it is in June and I have not received the pro-rated refund amount yet. I’ve called and emailed this company several times and they either hang up on me or tell me a lie that I will receive my check the following week. I’m calling the police department when I get thru with this complaint.

So far have not needed the service! That's a good thing!

I can’t say the company has done great nor can I even say what they will do. I just know they promised me more people to take care of issues if something should happen in my home. I have had experience in the past and I had trouble with the heating system and after three months, the company I was with had failed to get me anybody to come and work on it. And when I decided to tell them that was enough that I wasn’t paying any more premiums, they wanted to charge me a late fee. at least with home premiere they had promised me better service response time because of the area that I made sure they were aware that I was in and if they can’t provide that, and I’ll say I’m done I’m done no late fees no hassle. I’ll look forward to working with them. I pray I never need them, but I look forward to working with them if I do thank you.

Paid in full for my warranty and my ac is not cooling about 2 months after I got the warranty. The give me a contractor 3 days later, it takes me 3 days to contact the contractor, only to find out he doesn't do work for the First Premier. I called on 5-29-26 to get another contractor and it's now 6-9-26 and still no contractor. I started this ac claim on 5-9-26. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FIRST PREMIER!!! As of 6-13-26, no one has reached out to me, TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, like they promised on their comment on this review. UPDATE As of6-17-26 I just got off the phone with First Premier Home Warranty. I have my 3rd contractor supposed to be assigned. STILL no contractors have showed up!!! I wouldn't waste your money on this company that DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Worst company ever. Don't fall for their multi year deals. You ll regret for multi year. Money will never come back even if you cancel. Sales team is great at trapping new customers and customer service is worst ever. Rude.
