I bought my plan in March 2026 In April I had an issue could not get a hold of anyone for service after a week. I finally decided to cancel and that is another joke. When i did finally get someone they told me I would only receive half of what i paid also told me it would take 3 months to get refund. Did everything on my end correct it is now July and still have not received refund. June 24 they told me it was mailed out and it is not July 13 I try calling and their system hangs up on me. This company is a scam.

Consumer Alert: I will absolutely NOT be renewing my contract with First Premier Home Warranty once it expires. I filed a straightforward claim, but they never sent anyone out to handle the repairs. I ended up paying out of pocket and fixing the issue myself. To make matters worse, they left the claim open for over six months, which locked my account and blocked me from filing any new claims. When I finally reached out and demanded they close it, they marked it as "service completed" which is a flat-out lie. Honestly, I am shocked that an attorney hasn't taken on this case and filed a class action lawsuit against them. Their sales agents are incredibly smooth talkers who could sell a beach house in the middle of the desert, but do not let them fool you.

Pathetic company. Don’t waste money on it.

This company is the worst!! They accused me of fraud stating that I gave them bad info about my stove so they refused to fix it. After having no choice ( filing numerous written complaints to BBb and the Co) but to purchase a new stove I signed a $50 cash in lieu of repair back in Oct 2025. I never received the $50.. I call 2-3x a month and they keep saying it will be sent out in a few days… I asked to s/w a Supervisor who they said was busy and would call me. They never did.. you do not want to deal with this company . They are scammers and will take your premium $ and then find a reason not to fix your appliance .

I'll try to shorten. The salesperson said he'd cancel my membership with other company. He did not. I lost money . No one showed to evaluate my problem. I had to. After work was completed had to submit all paperwork 3 times. After 3 they said they received it. Received an email stating I had a deductible and l was never told this. I was told only about paying a portion of the initial evaluation. Calls don't go through, calls are bad connection, no call backs, long wait times. Im still waiting for help understanding this letter they want me to sign and the original bill is past due. This has been ongoing. I can only submit one date so I filled in 6/1/26.

This company is a scam company and are thieves, we got a 3 year home warranty and when we had a claim they had us spend 245 before a claim would be submitted first premier home warranty denied the claim. When we called to cancel back in Sept of 2025 they issued an email saying would refund us $995.00 well 9 months later they have not refunded our money , when you try to call them and ask for refund back they hang up on you , this has been going on for months of calling and being hung up on ,this company is a bunch of thieves and scammers. This is an honest review and hope people read this and do not buy a warranty from this company.

Do NOT purchase a policy from this company! They will do anything to not pay for repairs. They wanted a 3 yr proof of service on a home A/C system when I moved in less than two yrs to not pay a claim. They offer no refund for prorated months of service when I tried to cancel. The reps I talked with and exchanged emails could care less about my problem. A home warranty sounds great but pick anyone but First Premier.

I wouldn't give First Premier one star but I had no choice. Stay away this company is a SCAM!!!!! They send contractors that are not anywhere near qualified to do the job, causing more problems. The nightmare I just went through was incredible. After three different people showed up over three months they came to the conclusion that they would do a cash offer of 183.07. The micro is 800 dollars. They said its because of deprecation. They will not give me the formula as to how they came up with that number. They can spin this anyway they want. They tell you anything to get you to sign up. Be very aware of this company. They hang up on you when they don't have the answer.
