First off amazing customer service, they went out of their way to make sure my sons bike arrived in time for his 5th birthday party. ( thanks again firmstrong crew) as for the bike great build quality and easy to assemble. Almost 2 years later still looks and works great. Not to mention the cool factor! I want one for myself now.

Hello, I love your product; even came back to buy my wife a bike. My only complaint is the lack response to the emails that you send out asking if I have any questions for your mechanic. I did (all three times) but never got a response. If you want to provide an answer, I'll happily ask again. Kevin Larsen

Love the bike, well constructed. Pretty colors. Seat could be more comfortable.

I love this bike. So easy to ride. My husband and son have a hard time keeping up with me with their bikes with too many gears.😁

Very helpful, got my bike on time and just the way I customized it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Their assembly instructions were near perfect but I would have appreciated better explanation on where a the cables should go as I put the handlebars on. Otherwise I love my new bike!
