First class service. Great quality glasses.

I had my eye on a pair of glasses for awhile and had to think and triple check if it was the right measurement, and once I got my new Rx I ordered them and I wouldn’t go back! They fit my face extremely well and I love the frames. I had no issuing ordering, I was a little scared getting them from china, but the schedule they give for shipping is very very precise and correct! No complaints from me :)

The glasses are so nice and well put together… From the time I went on Firmoo to just look I was drawn in by the ability to put the glasses I was trying to g on on my face… It let me know exactly how each specific pair looked on my face… The experience was effortless and so many options… I will definitely be buying a few more pairs from Firmoo😉👍🏾

Easy to order, easy to put prescription in and arrived quicker than originally said. Brilliant glasses for the price also got prescription sunglasses which are great. Got 3 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of prescription sun glasses and couldn’t be happier! Will deffo be ordering again!

My glasses had to be shipped back due to wrong address and it was a frustrating situation. I contacted customer service and they responded back to me quick and without hesitation, determined to help fix the problem. Peter was a lot of help! They gave me options to fix the situation and also offered to remake my order and reship for free. I finally got my glasses and I love them so much. It was worth the wait and hassle! I would definitely order from Firmoo again.

Love my glasses, actually pretty fast shipping. Idont know how long they'll last but they look and feel like nicely made glasses.
