Have been looking and very excited to buy glasses from this company but every time I enter my prescription it processes endlessly! I'm not sure if it is a problem with the server, but I have tried uploading my prescription and processing it on both google chrome and safari and to no avail! I just want to buy some glasses and I am extremely disappointed that such a stupid problem is prohibiting me from being able to see!

I have been contacting this company for weeks, and each time they tell me my package is on it's way but they never let me know when it will arrive or where it is. I placed the order on September 29th, and it's now November 3rd and I have no glasses. I've order many items from China and they take time but never this long. I was skeptical ordering from them considering the price, and all I really want are new glasses BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE! I will likely just order some Warby Parkers and wait to see if these ever arrive.

Firmoo was awesome. The glasses that I ordered got here within 2 weeks (2 weeks faster than their expected and other companies). They came with a really cute glasses case, as well as a little glasses sleeve that I use for my sunglasses, and a cute screwdriver keychain. A great experience!

My glasses took about 3 weeks to reach me. I was able to track it online but I was impatient. When they arrived I was so pleasantly surprised. I was worrying because of all the bad reviews. I did not expect them to be such good quality. They came in cool cases that have map designs. Both frames fit nicely and the prescription is correct.

I ordered my glasses about a month ago and they still are not here. The only reason they got 2 stars, is because they have emailed me back within good timing. These glasses better be worth it. I'm never recommending this website.

I ordered two pairs of glasses over a week ago and even payed for the best shipping and I do not have them. I have emailed and no response. When I track my order it has said "lens waiting" for the past 5 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It's been a month and I still have no glasses! A refund was issues but I want my glasses. I have asked for my tracking number several times and they refuse to give it to me, a week ago they told me my glasses where in Chicago and still no glasses. For every time I contact them I get the same answers via email I was also told i should have paid for faster shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!! Find something USA based who will not give you the run around.

Glasses came fast, every time I tried them on I got a terrible headache, the right lense on both glasses make me see blurry. I got them on a Monday and wrote an e-mail on Wednesday to return them just to see how the process would be. I am well aware that it is not worth going through the return process and that I may as well throw the glasses in the trash. So, Wednesday e-mail (sent in the morning Easter time) was responded on Wednesday night at 10:33 pm asking me what is wrong with the glasses, I reply on Thursday at 8:37 am and the response comes at 1:33 am on Friday asking me to attach the prescription, I attach the prescription on Friday at 12:46 pm and I receive an automatic response that says this "Dear Customer, Thanks for your email and sorry for this auto-reply. We will get back to you on Oct. 3rd. If you need to change or cancel your order, we will help you do it on 10/03. Best regards" It is October 3, 2016, 3:22 pm. No response so far. The company claims that customer service is available M-F 8:30 am to 6 pm (EST) and it says to request returns via e-mail. Next time I feel like ordering glasses from Firmoo I will burn $45, at least I won't have to deal with their customer service. Update: Tuesday October 4, now they reply asking me if the problem is with both glasses or just one...Almost one week of conversation and still no solution.
