I love our glasses (1 pair for me one for my daughter) but I ordered her transitions. And they came as sunglasses. She won't wear them. Ive been looking at your website for over 20 minutes and I can't find where to view my order. And I don't know how to get in contact with the company to discuss this. There is no actual receipt. Which is a little upsetting. Cause again I can't see what it says I ordered.

Great company and great product! Ordered glasses for my son and they came in and were a too small for him. I contacted Firmoo and they immediately got on the job and started making new glasses to replace the too small ones. They took care of us and in no time we had the new set of glasses. They were perfect. Looks and fits great. This is the 6th pair of glasses we have purchased from Firmoo. Have been completely satisfied with all the purchases!!! Thanks Firmoo...you all rock!!!

I haven't received my glasses yet and I really am excited to but I feel like it's taking forever

Dear Meaghan, Sorry to make you wait for a long time. Hope you could kindly understand that glasses are custom-made products. Generally, it will take 3-4 business days for us to process normal single vision eyeglasses. Considering that you chose standard shipping method, it will take extra 2-3 weeks for shipment. We will keep tracking shipping information for you. Any delay, we will give you a satisfying solution. Sincerely, Firmoo Customer Support
