Excellent service & quality. Fast delivery

By far- Firmoo has provided me with the best customer service. It is already a difficult process- and might I add risky- ordering prescription glasses online because you cannot be certain how the frames will compliment your face or the quality. However, Firmoo's policies go above and beyond to ensure the most exceptional experience. I ordered frames (I believed to be sunglasses but it turns out that they were optical). This is my full responsibility and when the lens came out when I dropped the frame, I emailed Firmoo for an additional pair of mirrored lenses instead. Eastbrook Customer Service created more security by promptly responding and creating me an alternate pair of sunglasses for free! I cannot express my gratitude. This experience was easy and I am overjoyed beyond my expectation. I already love Firmoo's glasses but I had to purchase two more because this company has been so great to me. I get so many compliments on my eyeglasses but I will be sure to tell everyone about Firmoo! Thank you!!!

My package got lost (not Firmoo's fault; it was delivered and signed for at the wrong address...?) but they were happy to remake my order and send it to me with express shipping ALL FOR FREE. They're the best and solved all of my problems. Kate was the one who responded to my problems and she was very nice and helpful. I'll definitely buy from Firmoo again.

Firmoo is a great place to order glasses from! They respond right away with any questions. The quality of the glasses is the same as from any local store. It is fun to load a picture and try them on! My daughter turned me on to this site as she has ordered several pair in the past and loves hers as well. I will be re-ordering soon!

Firmoo treated me like I had been a loyal customer of theirs for years. Prompt service on mailing the glasses and when there was an issue, their customer service team representative responded immediately & helped me solve the issue. I would definitely order from them again

Firmoo is great, they have amazing customer service and they get back to you very quickly. The first pair I ordered didn't fit my face that well and it just didn't work out. This was partially my fault but I emailed firmoo. They got back and sent me another pair the next day. They didn't even ask me to pay shipping and return the original pair. I am so happy with my glasses they are even better than the ones I paid around $300. They come with tools to fix them which is very helpful and a cute case. I totally recommend this website, they are amazing. I will defiantly be ordering the clear glasses next and starting my own collection. I love trendy glasses but they can be expensive. This is a cheaper alternate. I would love to review more glasses and maybe be involved with this website.
