Very happy with my glasses! Great quality frames and lenses, perfect fit and vision! It’s the first time I buy glasses that sit on my nose without looking crooked or without sliding down. Because the price is low I can buy a few pairs and experiment with different styles. The customer service is excellent and always ready to help. Never buying glasses from anywhere else again!

I spoke with the CSR named Agnes. She was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns. She was able to help me out with a discount as the pair of glasses I really wanted were not part of the discount that applies to another similar pair I was previously looking at. This help me make a purchasing decision much easier where I can get the glasses I liked more. Now I just hope that the glasses are just as amazing as their customer service is.

I got my glasses in a week or a week and a half. I honestly wasn't expecting it to arrive that quick. The quality of the glasses I got were Great! Kudos to Firmoo for ensuring their customers receive a great shopping experience. They include all the little accessories you need to maintain your glasses and that, in my opinion, is going above and beyond.

My two pairs of glasses came extremely quickly, and were exactly what was pictured and described on the website. My prescription was accurate. Unfortunately, one pair did not suit me, so I contacted customer service for help on exchanging them. The agent got back to me within 6 hours via email, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was given a credit to my account for the cost of the glasses, and was told to keep or donate the unwanted pair.

I am pleasantly surprised!!! I was worried these would be too small but they fit perfectly according to the measurements and the white outline is super edgy! I have a +.75 in both lenses and the lenses work as needed. Will buy again!
