FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I ordered two pairs of the large round glasses which I simply couldn't find anywhere, they arrived in NZ and delivered to me via courier within days of me purchasing them!! The box contained half a dozen or so coupons for 50% off which is a great gift. The glasses all came with spare screws, a glasses case each and a soft case each all very good quality. Overall the glasses are of great quality and the prescription is perfect!! Won't be needing to go to an optometrist to buy glasses any more for $400+ each that's for sure!! Definitely recommend just ensure you read the measurements and compare them to a pair of glasses that you currently have that suit your face as with all online shopping its hard to imagine a pair without trying them on. Thank you so much guys i love them =D Also the customer care is one of the best they replied to all emails within a few hours too which is great!!

CS agent Agnes is most helpful friendly person I have encountered in a very long time in retail. My previous glasses order had damage that i reported. Ms Agnes offered to help right away with several options to fix the problems. From that experience I walked away happy and placed a second order for other glasses. The service at Firmoo is second to none and they take care of the customer.

Fast delivery and helpful customer service! I made a mistake with my first order and firmoo helped solve the problem! Not to mention, the craft in the glasses are really well made. The packaging that the delivery came in was well protected!

As a person who wears glasses and wants the best way of protecting my eyesight as much as I can. I was hesitant about ordering because I didn't understand how it worked, before I did my order, I went ahead and emailed and asked questions about my PD. My CSR Vizy responded quickly and attached an image of how I should submit my prescription. I went ahead and ordered sunglasses and a pair of glasses. After I completed my order and submitted, I wanted to add Anti-Reflective coating so I put a message in my order and Vizy responded to me and did put it in my order but sent a link to pay the difference. I paid the difference and sent her my confirmation ID and she replied and went ahead and notified me that she reviewed my PD and made sure to submit my changes to the factory. I am so grateful that the response was really quick especially because it's an eyeglasses company. I look forward to receiving the glasses!
