I've had multiple problems with this site. The first time I tried to order glasses the site wouldn't let me pay for them and I had to wait A WEEK before it finally would let me. NOW, I've ordered two pairs and went the extra step to PAY for 3-day shipping. Its been 5 days and yes I understand that there was a warning about the delay BUT I just checked the tracking order and it hasn't even been shipped out yet. It's still processing. I've just gone through the reviews of this site on trust pilot and apparently you think its okay to charge $12.95 for express shipping and not fully disclose that lense processing is going to take 2-3 weeks. This is fraud. I am thoroughly disappointed and I will not be ordering with this site again.

I have been nothing but impressed by Firmoo and their service and quality. I have shopped with them twice now and will be using them again for sure. My glasses are amazing and I always get compliments on them, people are forever asking where I bought them as they are unusual. The customer service is top class, quick and helpful. I live in the UK and my glasses arrived within 10 days.

Agnes assisted me and I was very satisfied. Shipping was delayed a bit and she refunded half of the shipping fee as compensation. Also, didn't have to wait too long for a response from her. So Im just waiting for my orders and the refund now. Great customer service!

Ordered my glasses in the UK on Sunday and they arrived 4 days later. Prescription is perfect and I'm super impressed with the quality of the glasses.
