Great glasses at a great deal but shipping was horrible. They told me that I would have to sign for it therefore I would have to be home. They came when I was home and didn’t even ring the doorbell and put it in the wrong place. But other thn that there really good glasses.

My contact "Jack" was fast, efficient and kind. He answers me so quickly even when I don't speak English very well, he tried to understand me. I think that order my lenses was more easy that I expected! There are a help page that was useful!! 100% recommended

I love firmoo and I have a total of 5 pairs of glasses(I know, I only have one set of eyes but I don't care because there are so many great styles) this review is for the most recent transaction. this was the longest I have ever waited for a pair of glasses from Firmoo. I waited 3 weeks for my glasses to arrive😕 I understand that there was a problem with the shipping company but Firmoo didn't realize it until the 2nd week of waiting. I received my tracking number 2 days before it arrived. my other issue with this transaction was that I received a plastic glasses case rather than a leather map case. Firmoo advertises the leather map case but doesn't say anything about a plastic one.

Dear Michelle, We are so sorry for the inconvenience. As for delivery time, hope you could kindly understand that standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive and tracking number is available when the parcel arrives in the US. We are sorry that your parcel was held at US Customs first, so it takes longer than usual to arrive. The shipping company was on Chinses Spring Festival from 02/15 to 02/22, so we didn't get the update timely. Besides, we are updating our packaging recently. Compared with the original leather case, the new plastic case is much lighter and easier to carry with. However, your satisfaction is our first priority and we will feedback to our logistics department for better cases in the future. Should you have any further question, please don't hesitate to email to [email protected]. Thanks for your trust and understanding! Best regards! Firmoo Customer Support
