I recently made a purchase for 2 pair of glasses on 2/24/18 and to be honest i was very hesitant because i have never purchased glasses online and didnt know what to expect. It took a while to finally select my 2 pair i got because they have so many options to choose from. Anyways today is 3/5/18 and i just got my glasses in the mail. I have tried them on and from what i can tell they did get my prescription right and the glasses seem to be very sturdy and no loose issues. My only tiny complaint is one the pair of glasses seem to be crooked and i have had to tilt them slightly so they fit properly on my face. As far as customer service i didnt have any issues and the responded to any questions i had in a timely manner. I will say that i will def make another purchase but i am kind of shocked that after i made my purchase their express shipping went up by $6.00 before express was 12.95 and now its 18.95 and thats kind of a huge price jump. All in all i would tell anyone who is searching for glasses or just wanting cute frames that they can purchase from them and they wont be disappointed unless your just hard to please.
