I ordered two frames from this website. The frames themselves were lovely, looked even better in person than in photos so I was very pleasantly surprised. 1st pair I ordered with the anti-blue light glare. On arrival, I noticed that the lenses were a slightly darker in shade. Obviously I was disappointed. I contacted firmoo and they got in touch with me immediately and worked very quickly to come to a very satisfying resolution. 2nd pair I ordered was the bare minimum prescription lenses with standard coating. I love them so much! Based on my experience, I would definitely order from them again and recommend firmoo to my friends. I felt like they took the extra step in customer service to make my purchase a pleasant one. Also delivery was very speedy
