Would’ve given 5 stars but they did an extremely long time to ship and arrive. Other than that, this is a great website for cheap but GOOD QUALITY glasses.

I have ordered from Firmoo twice now, and will be ordering from them in the future. The prices are very decent and clear. The glasses are as good of quality as any high end brand and the lenses are excellent. I have had anti-scratch coating on most of my lenses and the ones from Firmoo have been the only ones to actually work. They offer a variety of options and coatings, and as someone who has very poor vision (-4.75) in both eyes, I can finally get bigger lenses without the optometrist telling me it will give me "bug eyes." They have super thin aspheric lenses options for me and so far have not given me bug eyes. In every order they send special coupon codes to share with friends, as well has a set of tools to fix your glasses, should they ever come loose. In my latest order there was an issue with the lenses fitting the frames and Ailsa was my CSR. She was very quick to respond and answer my questions. She even suggested a pair of frames for me. After my order came, she checked in on me to see if I received it and had any questions. This company is truly wonderful!

Firmoo has responsive customer service, they are willing to help you and make sure you are happy with your order. The glasses are really good quality and the price is affordable, they are super comfortable and look really nice too. I would definitely recommend!

The customer service is beyond exceptional. This company really cares about there customers. The frames arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I selected express shipping. (WAY FASTER THAN WARBY PARKER) The only thing I would change is the part that goes on your nose and ears. The material look somewhat cheap. But for the price I should not be complaining. Other than that I have received many compliments at work. My husband thinks they look great as well. Overall I recommend this company.
