Always just as promised. I've ordered from this website a few times and always loved the glasses I received. There was a flaw with one of the glasses I ordered, so I contacted customer service immediately and they offered to issue a full refund or a coupon code to reorder another pair of glasses. Within a few hours of contacting them, I was able to order a new replacement pair completely free of charge and they even allowed me to keep the pair that they made a slight mistake on. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you!

I work at an optical and I recommend this website to anyone that doesn’t have insurance that covers the cost of eyeglasses. Glasses and lenses are so expensive and opticals take advantage of consumers. We know you need to see, but we also know that you need to look good. So we charge crazy high prices because you need the glasses regardless. This website is amazing. It’s a one stop shop and you get your glasses in the same amount of time if not faster than what you would get them at a walk in optical. I see no difference in the 5 dollar anti reflective coating I got on my lenses here than the 85 dollars we charge you for the “premium version” in our store. The costumer service workers for this website are also amazing. I needed to exchange one pair that I got and Lynn was great. She answered super fast. I’m happy with the service I received. It was exceptional and I will keep on refering patients to this website.

I have had the BEST personal, caring, and helpful customer service experience. The glasses I got were lovely but didn’t quite fit right on me. They let me keep the glasses and gave me a coupon code for a whole new pair. Besides that, the person assisting me was so kind, helpful, willing, and so on. Don't let the prices fool you, Firmoo is legit! Sure it took about just under 2 weeks to receive, but the quality/ actual build of the frames are very nice. The packaging is nice as well. Great branding. *Update- 1 month later: both pairs of glasses have held up nicely against any scratches/wear.
