Excellent service and glasses!!!
Bought 2 pairs of prescription glasses with blue blocking lenses [S350(C9) and LYC2311(C02)] on 3 May 2018 (about $140AUD total for both). Got them delivered May 15, in nice cases, prescription was correct (did take a day to get used to), and fitted me beautifully! The only issue I had was that I didnt realise the blue light blocking lenses were tinted blue/sepia, which didnt suit the clear pink frames I chose (also I paint alot and choosing colours was more difficult). The tint was less noticeable aesthetically for my other tortoise frames for some reason (but did still make everything warmer toned when wearing)...Anyway, got in touch with customer service yesterday 21 May, Sophie, my customer service Rep was awesome and understanding, replied 15mins later, got a discount code of ~$70AUD for to chose whichever new pair I wanted (had to pay shipping which was another ~$20AUD) They also let me keep my old pair instead of shipping them back. Overall amazing and cheap glasses, so glad I decided to try buying them online despite my high prescription (+5.0/+4.75), and really happy with the customer service when I wasn't 100% satisfied. 10/10 Would buy again (already searching for some new sunglasses!!!!!)
