Occhiali ordinati quasi per scommessa il 21 aprile e arrivati oggi 12 maggio. Mi hanno avvisato che ci sarebbe stato un leggero ritardo, i tempi sono comunque nella norma dato che parliamo di lavorazione di montatura e lenti e spedizione dalla Cina. La montatura è di fattura più che buona per il prezzo pagato e le gradazione delle lenti perfetta. Il colore delle lenti poi è spettacolare, molto meglio di quanto credessi quando ho fatto l'ordine. Consigliatissimo.

Un labirinto di errori e costi di spedizione assurdi. Statene lontani. Esperienza davvero frustrante. Ho ordinato tre paia di occhiali e per ben due volte la gradazione è arrivata sbagliata. Invece di assumersi la responsabilità dei propri errori, Firmoo scarica i costi sul cliente. ​Dopo il primo errore, mi hanno offerto un cambio (potevo ordinare un altro paio dello stesso valore), ma ho dovuto pagare io le spese di spedizione. Incredibilmente, anche questo secondo paio è arrivato con la gradazione errata. ​A quel punto, per ottenere un rimborso o un reso, mi hanno chiesto di spedire gli occhiali a mie spese a un indirizzo in Germania per "valutare" la situazione. Il costo della spedizione internazionale è talmente alto che non ha alcun senso economico procedere: finirei per spendere più di quanto riceverei indietro. È una strategia chiara per scoraggiare il cliente e non rimborsare. ​In sintesi: sbagliano le lenti e pretendono che sia tu a pagare per rimediare. Servizio pessimo, non butterò altri soldi con loro.

Det är absolut inget som helst fel på glasögonen. Otroligt bra med tanke på hur mycket billigare dom är än att gå till en optikerbutik. MEN! Att skriva att något ska ta 7-10dagar och sedan ta över 1månad är inte okej! Därav det låga omdömet! Och jag får svaret att det tar längre tid om jag beställer flera glasögon. Jag beställde 2st, och hade tänkt beställa 3st. Men då hade jag fått Vänta 2v till antagligen. Så jag är otroligt besviken på på den falska marknadsföringen. Men glasögonen är det som sagt absolut inget fel på.

Absolute price friendly store. But with returns if you don’t like the fit of the glasses or it doesn’t where as you thought the do make a difference for people. Some have to send the glasses back and pay the shipping cost ( then you lose more money than the regular price) and some people get to keep the glasses and can choose to give to charity and get a refund.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from Firmoo and I have always been happy with both products and service. However, the last pair I bought featured their "XTRACTIVE" lens which cost quite a bit more and I wasn't happy with the result. As advertised, it does go dark, more or less immediately, as soon as you go outside, but it takes a long time to revert back to clear. I wrote a letter stating my disappointment and in reply, they requested a short video showing the darkened glasses, which I duly submitted. Thereafter, without any further ado, they offered me a voucher to the value of twice what I had paid for the glasses or a full refund. Not needing any more glasses at present, I opted for the refund which I received via my Paypal account within a few hours. Apart from immediately offering a full refund without any further hassle, I was very impressed with the way in which the whole matter was handled, right from the beginning to the end. I can thoroughly recommend Firmoo, both for their products and their service.
