The only reason I’m giving 4 stars out of 5 is because it did take a long time for my glasses to arrive. Other than that, the customer service and glasses are amazing!

Firmoo is a great company. They have quality glasses at very afforadable prices. And when you do need help, say you order the wrong color or the glasses arrive and don’t fit. Firmoo is very prompt at handling the situation. The shipping takes a few weeks but that’s very understandable considering the distance they travel. I have found them to be more reliable than some company’s based in North America.

If you experience any problems with your glasses and contact Firmoo they will do their best to help you. Some customers don't understand this and if they have a problem they simply leave a review stating their problem and never try to resolve it with Firmoo. Firmoo's prices are already great, but if you're glasses aren't how you like you can get a refund/exchange or they will even give you codes so you can order another pair just paying shipping. (Not every glasses site offers the latter). You simply have to communicate with them and explain the situation, instead of just giving them a bad review without giving them a chance to help you first. Firmoo's customer service is better than another glasses website I have ordered from. Will definitely be ordering more!

Sophie gave fantastic service! Thank you for helping me by being so responsive and giving me great options to ensure I had a great experience ! I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses. I loved one and hated the other (it was too wide for my face). Sophie gave my return and exchange options and even recommended me two pairs that would better fit my needs. I ended up returning for a pair she recommended. :) can’t wait to receive it!
