Customer service is great, I had to ask for a refund because the doctor changed my prescription, and they returned my money right away. The glasses were great, the problem was the doctor made a mistake in over correcting my left eye. Not Firmoo’s fault at all! I would order again!

I will be going on my third order with this company and I must say...Fantastic!. The styles are very trendy, the frames are good quality and my prescription is right on point. I had a small issue and their customer service received and completely handled the problem within 2 days. Another good thing I can't forget to mention is that shipping was not long either. It was precisely the amount of time they indicated if not less. I have order prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses and very satisified with both. This is the only place I will order from because the prices are low but the quality and service are high. If you think of your eyewear as an extension of your fashion and like to stay on trend with lots designs to choose from then this is the place! I'm referring everyone I know. Be sure to take advantage of the awesome deals they always promote. Your only regret will be that you didn't order sooner ;-)

Cheap glasses and good prices. I've never had an issue with the quality. The ones that I have ordered are made from plastic but I love them either way and they match my style.

Highly recommend this company! They have such a wide variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from (and are so on trend!) They have something for everyone. Since they are so affordable you think the quality would suffer but that is not the case. The quality is very high and just as good as those pricey brand glasses. Customer service is always so amazing and they are super helpful!

J'adore mes lunettes. Reçus en une semaine au Canada. Ma vue est parfaite dedans je l'ai portes tout les jours. Viens avec le boîtier le chiffon à lunettes et un petits tournevis avec vis pour réparation au besoin.
