Broke my glasses very early on and it was my fault so I couldn't get a new pair for free sadly. But Lynn offered me to exchange them with a discount code which covered the glasses and the only thing I had to pay was the shipping fee which wasn't expensive at all. The customer service was good with quick responses and everything was explained to me in details. Definitely recommend it.

The customer service is fantastic. There was a problem signing into my account but the customer service told me what was wrong and kept me updated on my glasses progress and shipment while I was unable to sign in. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. I would recommend.
