I like how everything is presented. The customer is given a guide to measure the distance of his pupils and there is even an explanation on what are the different kinds of lenses. My experience was fun and I highly recommend Firmoo to friends.

Great customer service

Firmoo is great if you are looking for an affordable pair of glasses! Cute and trendy and good quality for the price. I didn’t love the first pair I got because they were too big for my face, exchanging them was super easy and hassle free. Love the pair I exchanged for now. I wish the try on was scaled to fit the face, but since it’s not, just measure the frames and you’ll be good to go!

The glasses are surprisingly better quality than I thought for such a low price. I contacted the company to return a pair of glasses that didn’t suit my face well and they responsed to me within 24 hours over the weekend. They then processed my refund the next day - all before the weekend wasn’t over. I was shocked by their speed! Will definitely be ordering another pair.
