I have never thought to buy glasses online, because you really need to see how they look like on your face. I have had this experience with Firmoo and have to say that it was possible to see the glasses on other people face and on your face too, charging your own picture online. Glasses sizes were clear indicated so it was very easy to buy the right ones! The buying experience was very easy and you can upload your prescription too. The choice is very large!and the price is really convenient. I received the glasses in Italy within 10 days, well packed and with 2 cases and screwdriver. Completely satisfied with the product.

First of all lets start with the ordering process. The ordering mechanism is good with only one flaw. The time of checkout if one slight change has to be made then the whole item has to be deleted and start all over again. Such as changing color of the frame or selecting an different index of the lens. Secondly, the customer service is very fast in replying and very excellent at checking back. This customer service is far the greatest I have experience till to the date. When you buy something, you are looking for the customer service along with the item been purchased. Very HAPPY with the customer service. Its shows they care. A definite recommend.

I ordered a pair of glasses that were too narrow for my liking. I sent a request for an exchange and my CSR Molly responded less than 24 hours later and she helped me get another pair of frames that would fit me better for free. She was very polite and demonstrated good customer service so I’m very satisfied. Especially since I haven’t had glasses in a while because my former ones broke and they’re usually super expensive. I look forward to shopping here again.
