FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Excellent service re:returns. Swift, efficient and very socially conscious. Really impressed.

Even though my glasses broke (not sure if it was just my fault or company), they returned the money back. Trustworthy company! I honestly would try them again if my eyes get worse ( it probably will though)

I wanted to return my glasses because I didn't quite like the fit, and I got a response back within hours. I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect and it was so so easy to order my new glasses within minutes of receiving the email. I would totally recommend this site to anybody.

I love and have loved every pair of glasses I've bought from this company.

They will help you on anything! the live chat is 100% helpful and they will answer to the e-mails i recommend 100% !!

Molly is very easy to work with. She is great!

I didn’t have to wait long for a CS rep to get back to me. Ailsa was very helpful and resolved the issue I had about a pair of glasses I can’t return since I’d already ordered them. Not only are Firmoo’s glasses awesome, so are their CS reps! Thank you so much!

Excellent service! They will explain if you have any questions. Trust me! You should order glasses with prescription here. It saves a lot of money!!!
