Excellent customer service

Outstanding customer service!!! Sophie has been such a big help with my order throughout the entire process. Great service, great products!

I enjoy the quality and looks of Firmoo's glasses, but the last time I ordered from Firmoo they shipped it to the wrong address. I contacted Firmoo as soon as I found out it was being shipped to the wrong address, and it took them THREE days to get back to me. By that time it was too late and I never even got them. I ended up re-ordering the glasses I originally ordered. I never heard back from Firmoo after the first email saying they wold look into the order. Kind of disappointing I had to pay for two pairs of glass only to receive one with no apology or refund. Poor customer service, but good quality glasses.

Buongiorno a tutti vorrei aiutare anche altre persone a spendere meno con gli occhiali da vista. Firmoo è un sito veramente serio e ottimo. La qualità del servizio è dei prodotti è ottima. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo sito. E facile da ordinare, anche lenti speciali, fotocromatiche, antiriflesso, polarizzate, tratate, antigraffio,anti luce blu per i computer. Serve solo la ricetta del oculista e le sue esigenze. I prezzi sono imbattibili e pure ti regalano un paio di occhiali gratis. Non sembra vero perché nessuno da niente per niente, ma è così, l'occhiale che costa meno non lo paghi. Io o scoperto questo sido da una recessione su you tube e mi sono fidata. Grazie Firmoo rimarrai il mio fornitore di occhiali.
