Customer service Lynn was great and responsive . She answered my questions promtly and helped me out with my issue .

Great company. First time using an online company for glasses. They ALWAYS have some type of deal going on bought 3 pairs so far.

I have received great service from here and received tons of compliments of the glasses frames I have bought! Would recommend this to anyone! Great quality for a reasonable price!

Firmoo is the only place I order all my glasses . I refer all my friends and family and even strangers who compliment my glasses. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome website for affordable glasses! I have used Firmoo for the past two years now and I have never been disappointed with my experience using the website. There are lots of frames to choose from, so it's really easy to find a style that you are looking for. The frames are very affordable, and I usually buy when there are deals that I can use (though a lot of the promotions are for first time customers only). The glasses do take a little time to arrive since I order prescription lenses, but they come in a nice case with a tool kit, and they are reliable every time.

Amazing customer service. Very fast response. Truly cares about customers
