Customer service was amazing ❤️ Jeniffer helped a lot with my order when switching to another frame. The responses are always quick and the glasses came in a secure package. The case came with a microfiber wipe and backup screws! AMAZING!

There was an error in the Rx from my optometrist, which meant the glasses I received were a bit blurry. This was through no fault of Firmoo, as they made the lenses correctly according to the prescription my doctor wrote. Despite this, customer service rep Shandee offered me a voucher for the full value of the first pair I ordered, allowing me to get another pair with the updated Rx for only the cost of shipping. Blown away by their customer service. And the glasses themselves were very nice quality given how inexpensive they were! I will definitely continue to order.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Extremely unhappy, would not recommend. I ordered a pair for my 5 year old and uploaded her prescription along with PD, her glasses came in and were not the measurements described on site. Very inaccurate and their response was that they have different manufacturers! So they credited me for a replacement pair, so I clearly ordered a pair that said “ no hinges” which in term should mean not hinges! Wrong! I get the pair in and it came with hinges, as well as the width bigger then described so didn’t fit my child. By this time I was fed up with how inaccurate their description is and asked for a refund, I was told I could only exchange once since this was already my replacement. So I’m stuck with huge glasses. Luckily we were able to go to vision source and order her a perfect fit frame. Save yourself the frustration and get your child better quality glasses else where that accurately describes their frames. I’m pretty sure they are cheap china material

Hi Cindy, Sorry for the unhappy experience and thanks for your feedback, which will help us to improve. To help our customers find fit eyeglasses at Firmoo, we want to make some explanation here. Firstly, for the frame size issue, you can see that the measurement for the frame width is from one screw to another, not from the end of one side to another. That may be the reason why the frame is larger than what you expected. Secondly, the frame you chose for your kid is truly no spring hinge and made with Silica Gel materials. Most of the kids' frames are made of Silica Gel, which is soft and safety. We did not satisfy you this time but hope you can have a great experience next time. Sincerely, Firmoo CS Team
