My first contact in purchasing my glasses 3 months ago went off flawlessly. Placed the order, paid, and a little more than a week I had brand new glasses that looked good and I could see out of very well. Two days before the 90 day warranty expired they broke (I broke them accidently) and they couldn't be repaired. Contacted Firmoo via the email link they had and started the process to see if they could help. Sent pictures as requested with an explanation of what happened and was made an offer within a few hours after the initial contact. Was given a choice of free frames outright or 40%off lenses in a new pair of eyewear. I took the lenses deal as they tend to be the most expensive part. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that I couldn't combine another code being offered right now with the deal I chose. I'm still going to be out quite a bit extra and without my glasses while I await new ones. I would still definitely recommend Firmoo inline for corrective eye wear. Dean

Worthless cheap plastic glasses in a nice expensive case. Optical analysis of the lenses shows several manufacture problems, a scam. UPDATE Their reply says you can get your money back, well that is NOT true! They just offer a small discount on another pair of glasses or a partial refund excluding shipping and processing fees.
