Incredibly happy with my service with Firmoo and Shandee. I’ve purchased a few glasses from you guys, it’s always a guessing game but it’s always worked out until this last order. The lenses were correct and the frames were adorable, but a little too narrow for my wide face. I reached out and I was helped very quickly! You offered me a credit for new frames which was incredibly generous. I inquired on how to get the frames that don’t fit, back to you. And she said I could keep them as a spare or donate them. I’ve always been happy with the frames I buy from you and the timeliness on getting them. I even tell my clients (I do hair) about you guys. But after this, I will continue to be ever loyal to you guys! Thank you so much!

Quick cheap stylish.... I’ve got 5 different pairs now and haven’t spent even anywhere near £100 for all of them together. Brilliant site doubt I’ll go anywhere else from now definitely better than the high st.

Excellent service

I emailed to ask to have my Firmoo account deleted (there is no option on their website). I was told my account was removed from their email list and wouldn’t receive any further emails. Then I was asked why I wanted to delete my account. I replied that I wasn’t going to order from them. The next email said my customer service rep had “already coordinated with our assigned team to initiate the deletion of your firmoo account”. Today I received an email saying they can’t delete my account because “there were records of orders successfully placed.” Frankly, I’m finding this very concerning. It feels very underhanded.

This was the EASIEST process I’ve ever done in my life. My glasses came in a matter of days (Canada), received in PRISTINE condition (thank you UPS), and they accent my face AMAZINGLY. I am absolutely obsessed and will be on the firmoo train FOREVER.

Terrible shipping times with misleading information given so as to appear quick to process. Will not use them again, Zenni will have my return business instead.
