This is my first time ordering glasses online and Danica reached out to me wanting to make sure everything was correct with my order and letting me know I could send her my prescription since it was my first time ordering online so that she could verify that I had entered everything correctly. I was very grateful for that and the quick response I got any time I have asked a question.
