There was a small delay in the delivery due to the pandemic. However the team was very helpful throughout the process and made sure to always reply promptly to my emails and also informed us about the delay in advance. The glasses are perfect they also came very well packaged and with their own case and cleaner. Very well served!

I had ordered 3 pairs of glasses, 2 of the were sunglasses and the other a regular eye glass. I had made a mistake of my prescription and the left lens was not correct. That same day I emailed the company and they got back with me less than 20 minutes and explained the issue and the issue was fixed and I was able to get 3 new pairs ordered the following day. I come across a few amazing customer service s and this is by far one of the best and easiest experiences.
