This is my second purchase and I'm really happy with Firmoo, they have a great selection of glasses...

Glasses are great and sturdy. The sizing was just as expected. Will be coming back to order soon.

Great quality of glasses and fast service.

I have used Firmoo multiple times and always has gorgeous glasses from them with no issues. Ordered this time and wouldn't recommend anymore. The frame came faulty and when I spoke to customer services they confirmed that the pantoscopic angle was wrong causing headaches and dizziness. Firmoo wanted me to return them however at my expense, must be tracked overseas to Germany which is expensive. Their returns policy states "We will take full responsibility if we have not fulfilled your order according to your order details". The glasses arrived faulty so do not understand why I need to pay the returns charge. I understand paying for a return should I decide that they do not suit me or I don't like them however they admitted that THESE ARE FAULTY. Annoyed that I'm now out of pocket, with faulty glasses which will cost nearly as much to return as the glasses were in the first place. A shame because I loved them previously and recommended to all my friends and family however this experience has made me change my mind.

USPS had delivered my glasses to the wrong address. Firmoo was very understanding and helpful with solving the issue.

The glasses arrived in perfect condition and quickly. I always found photochromic lens out of my price range but these were so affordable, I couldn’t pass them up! The lenses and frames are high quality and gorgeous. I’m obsessed with these and will order from them again in the future.
