Molto soddisfatto.

Restina my assistant agent was phenomenal! I have never had this amazing customer service online until today with Restina. She showed me exactly what to do when I was having issues with the website. She sent me screenshots of step by step on how to solve my issue. Thank goodness I ordered my glasses from here I can’t wait to get them in the mail! Awesome service! Thank you Firmoo!

Amazing sunglasses/glasses but most of all amazing customer service!!! I got a pair of sunglasses and I picked gradient but they were a bit too light for my liking so I asked if I could exchange and they were so so helpful and understanding and allowed me to exchange. It does take a while for delivery (roughly 2 weeks to UK) but worth it! I used my specsavers prescription and they got it perfect, think I'll buy glasses from here instead of specsavers from now on because the quality is SO GOOD, I'd say better than soecsavers frames
