I accidentally input the wrong prescription and the company gave me a coupon worth (slightly) more than the original price so I effectively got the second lot for free! The frames are gorgeous and really high quality, and the customer service is top tier. Would (and probably will) definitely use again!

Tempo di attesa infinito. Ogni giorno, la data di arrivo va a quella successiva. Dal 16 marzo al 28 marzo. Ogni giorno posticipa la consegna. Okay, ho utilizzato la spedizione standard da 5,99€ ma… a sto punto si fa prima a fare la spedizione gratuita così quando ti arriva, ti arriva! Ho dovuto annullare un viaggio perché senza occhiali non vedo e la consegna era prevista per il 16 marzo. Inutile ripetere che il 16 marzo chiaramente il mio ordine non era neanche partito. Se entro il 28 non mi arrivano, annullo l’ordine anche perché avendolo ordinato i primi di marzo, un mese mi sembra un po’ eccessivo.

Gratamente sorprendido con la rapidez, con la calidad y con el servicio, en dos semanas tenía en mí poder las gafas nuevas, a un precio que en España no es posible y lo cierto es que mi calidad visual es la misma que con otras gafas que me costaron hasta 7 veces más. Consideró imprescindible tener la prescripción de cada ojo por escrito así como todas las medidas ejes etc, cuanto más información se aporte tanto mejor, sobre todo en lentes progresivas como es mi caso, repetiré sin duda.

Schon die erste Bestellung hat wunderbar funktioniert und meine Brille ist von ausgezeichneter, hochwertiger Qualität, weswegen ich noch einmal 2 Brillen bestellt habe. Auch diese sind hervorragend verarbeitet. Beide Lieferungen kamen innerhalb von 7 Tagen an. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und werde künftig meine Brillen nur noch bei Firmoo kaufen, denn so günstig und gut finde ich nichts Vergleichbares anderswo.
