Ordine in elaborazione da più di un mese. Ho inviato tre e-mail per capire cosa stesse succedendo, ogni volta mi rispondevano qualcosa come “abbiamo rotto le lenti” o cose simili. Alla fine ho deciso di annullare l’ordine, non mi sarebbero mai arrivati gli occhiali altrimenti

Yes, they send it by sea it took a while to get my item but it arrived in good condition and beautiful. I was able to get it for free and thank you for that now I can buy with no questions. Thank you.

The selection process was very user friendly, the variety of frames were amazing, also to input my prescription wasn't technical! Would surely recommend.

Die Brille hat eine super Qualität (JUDY149 Silber). Einstärken Gläser mit -2 Dioptrien & Index 1,54. die Gläser sind auch sehr gut, jedoch merkt man einen leichten Unterschied zu richtigen Optiker Gläsern: Wenn man nach unten schielt ist es leicht verschwommen. Ich habe mit Entspiegelung bestellt, ist gut, aber auch nicht wie beim Optiker. Wenn man sich eine Optiker Brille nicht leisten kann oder nur eine Ersatzbrille braucht, kann ich Firmoo aufjedenfall empfehlen. Für eine dauerhafte Brille jedoch nicht zu 100%. Der Versand war auch in Ordnung, ich habe 9 Werktage gewartet. (Montag abends bestellt. Darauf die Woche Donnerstag war sie da). Großes Lob an das brillenputztuch! Es dient gleichzeitig als Säckchen zur Aufbewahrung der Brille :)

This is my second purchase from this company. The glasses are very light and fit well. The lenses are perfect. The glasses arrived well within the promised dates. The website is very easy to negotiate ( Im in my 60's). Highly recommend.
