Beim Aufsetzen der 2 Monate alten Brille in den Motorradhelm zerbrach diese...Reklamationen auf der Firmoo website und per email wurden trotz vollmundiger Versprechungen der website schlichtweg ignoriert.
Fazit: Schade um die Zeit und das Geld

Please be careful when buying from this site. I made an order and the price was showing in CAD then when I checked my credit card it was converted to US dollars. I contact their support and was told the price was in US dollars and not CAD. I said it was impossible because I had 2 orders in my cart and the other one was in CAD so how could them charge 2 items from the same cart in different currencies. The operator asked me to send a screenshot so I did. She told me to pay attention when paying next time. I went to their website and did the same order again and it was showing in CAD I send the screenshot and asked them to cancel my order as it seems pretty scam to me.
After requesting them to cancel I just found out that if you use the coupon for a discount the final price will change from CAD to US I also advised the operator and sent the screenshot but anyway I was charged $4.95 US for canceling an order that was unduly charged on their part and not due to a customer error as the operator was trying to insinuate.

Hanno una vasta scelta di lenti e montature che possono essere provati in modo virtuale caricando una foto e poi il servizio clienti e veramente ottimo;rispondono subito alle mail e provano di venirti incontro con diverse soluzioni in caso di piccoli problemi.Gli occhiali hanno superato ogni aspettativa. Glasses feel flimsy
Glasses feel flimsy, the sunglasses are not magnetic clip ons, they look like something from 30 years ago with a clip that makes them flip upwards.
My order came quite quickly and my prescription is correct. I probably wouldn’t order again, but I won’t return what I have either. I just feel it was falsely advertised on the sunglasses
