in my case the shipping was rubbish, I paid preferential shipping and they never left the factory, I understand that the shipping agent has something to do with it, but with Zenni optical It was the same shipping agent and they even used another fast partner agent to fulfill my order, that is, Firmoo garbage in shipping and Zenni optical very good option

He hecho varios pedidos y volveré a comprar. Además se lo he recomendado a mis amistades. En la mayoría he quedado totalmente satisfecha y en los que no, me han resuelto el problema rapidísimo. Tienen una variedad enorme, poniendo a menudo gafas nuevas. Las que yo llevo son progresivas. Hice mi primer pedido sin ninguna confianza, pensando que no vería bien, que no me quedarían bien, pero aun que no lo crean, veo mejor que con mis primeras gafas progresivas, que fueron de la óptica de donde yo vivo, y obviamente, con lo que pagué por esas gafas, he comprado como 6 gafas en firmoo. Me he vuelto la loca de las gafas, ahora son un complemento mas y a este precio, me lo puedo permitir. La recomiendo 100%

despues de 18 dias , lo comento a un agente ,de la misma pagina, que donde esta mi pedido, ya que el pedido lo hice el dia 20 de noviembre y la ultima actualizacion es del dia 29 , y estamos a 9 de diciembre han pasado 18 dias , 18 esperando a tenerlas , ya que las necesito urgentemente,pues me comenta el agente que esta perdido el pedido, a que esperan a decirme que esta perdido a que pase mas dias,y yo siga esperando como una tonta? me han vuelto a generar el pedido otra vez ,no se si sere tonta otra vez por confiar cuando ya me la han liado, pero si el dia 24 de diciembre no las recibo,pedire la devolucion completa

Firmoo's Customer Service is impressively good! My delivery has been pushed back for 4 days (so far) because of unforeseen issues in the manufacturing process. They immediately sent me a lengthy email with the information, a friendly apology for the delay and the promise of not only doing their best to rush the finishing of my glasses but also to send some eyewear accessories along with the glasses to make up for the delay. That's how it's done! Communicate the issue promptly, clearly and kindly, show options for how to proceed and make the customer look forward to the delivery even more. Awesome! If my glasses are as good as this customer service exchange, I'll never shop anywhere else for my eyewear! I immediately wrote back thanking them for the mail and told them that I'm understanding and choose to wait patiently for my glasses and thanks so much for adding the accessories! I'm disabled - if I wouldn't understand that unforseen things happen and deadlines sometimes need some flexibility and kind understanding and empathy from the other side, I would have lost the plot completely! I just asked whether it was likely to receive the order before Christmas or between the holidays. Mere hours later I had another reply that was so kind and thoughtful it made me smile brightly! So I figured to let others know of this positive experience even though I can't say anything about the actual glasses yet. I'm so looking forward to them and there's a very good chance that they'll arrive this year still, maybe even just before Christmas, which would be so awesome! I mean, they're rainbow colored and have little stars and a bow in the corners of the glasses! Could it get any better for my Christmas and new year's look?! (Answer: nope! But I do plan to wear them year round, too.) Hope this helps someone thinking about buying from Firmoo.
