Although I had to cancel my order due to certain things that happened at home, I still feel this is a great company! They accepted my order, and a few days later they let me know my order was being processed. When I sent them a note that I had to cancel my order, they did so without asking me questions or giving me any problems. I will definitely order from them again when I'm ready!

I ordered the rug last Friday. It was shipped on the following Monday. It arrived on Tuesday, and was placed on the living room floor on Wednesday. The rug looks exactly like the picture. It is beautiful rug at a fair price.

The rug I purchased is pretty, the perfect size (for an odd shaped, small room) but when I walk on it it's scratchy and crunchy. I knew when I opened it that something wasn't right but I couldn't figure out what it was until a few days ago. I walked across it with bare feet and immediately it hit me. Hard, scratchy and crunchy. Because I like everything else about it, I'm trying to decide if I want to just live with it or return it. I know my time is running out if I'm going to return it. Sad. Hello Anna, thank you for your feedback. You bought a very fine Pakistan Peshawar with a very dense knotting technique. Pakistan Peshawar’s are well known for being highly durable rugs and can last for centuries while easily managing a lot of traffic over time. Although it is a brand new rug, it was designed to have the look and feel of an antique rug in color and feel. Exquisite. I absolutely love my 2 rugs! I am not moved into my home yet but I did unroll them and had a look and they are stunningly beautiful and quality. Itay was so pleasant and helpful. I will be ordering more as I am furnishing my home. When I am in my home I will send photos!
