Highly recommended! This is an amazing company with excellent service. This is our 4th purchase. We received two rugs as promised, tried them both - and kept one. The return was easy for us. There are real people behind this company, who know a lot about these specialty hand made rugs, and who genuinely care about helping you find the right item for your home. The quality is superb.

The staff were very helpful when I wanted to return one of the two rugs I purchased. We kept the larger rug. Although we were initially pleased with it, it was poorly made. Despite having cats and other oriental rugs for many. many years with no damage at all, our cats pulled tufts from this rug almost from day one. The owner would not accept a return. He only offered a partial refund if we bought another of his rugs.
