I have found them to be very professional and prices are good. I have ordered bed linens and except for items that need monograms or custom things have come on time and exactly what I ordered. Nice to speak with a real human being if you have a question.

They worked directly with me on a large order and filled it much faster than expected.

I love the towels that I bought from them. The prices were better than Bloomingdale's on sale etc. One of the towels had a large defect in it (shipped directly from the manufacturer) and I contacted their customer service. They attended to my problem immediately, sent out a FedEx person with a label to pick up the item, replaced it, and followed-up to be sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!

Best table cloth connection in the USA, if you need this category, you will be rewarded by purchasing from them.

I am pleased with every experience I have had with Fine Linens. It is wonderful to speak directly to a person when I call. I would appreciate it if you could make returns easier by being able to print out a label. But, otherwise a great experience.
