The blanket I ordered is just what I expected. The shipping was very fast. I will order from the site again.

First of all the quality of the merchandise is excellent. When my items were not in stock they worked with me to get delivered on my timetable. When I made an additional order and was concerned about being delivered on time they got it out immediately as though it was no problem at all. Always seemed to want to please me.

These are the softess sheets - they are lightweight without being too cold. These are year round perfect, worth every penny.

Believe it or not, quality face cloths are getting hard to find. Ten dollars per cloth was a lot for me, but I took a chance because I am tired of cloths at regular retailers where towels are half the price or less, but scarcely serve and look well for a year. I am VERY pleased with the quality and the subtle scallop desisgn. I will update with how long these maintain their shape and pristine white color. So far, the cloth feels soft, substantial, lovely!

Liked the Matouk guest towels. Very disappointed in the presentation from Matouk. The box was four sizes too big for the package of guest towels. A small card tossed in with my message spelled incorrectly. No tissue, no ribbon, just a very big box. Will not gift order with Fine Linens again. I can order directly from the manufacturers too. Fine Linens needs to make it special and in this case, it was not. My mistake.

Our experience with them was excellent. They were easy to work with and filled our order promptly. The merchandise was exactly as ordered and was well-packed and in perfect condition. We will use Fine Linens again.
