Customer Services is alive and well and thriving at Fine Linens! I had 2 rush linen orders that I needed pretty much immediate "turnaround" on in preparation of unexpected guests that were coming to my home. Dave went above and beyond in assuring me that he would "make it happen" for me and that I would have my linens when I needed them. Sure enough, all of the linens arrived as promised and everything worked out perfectly. In this day and age, especially when communicating with someone on line, it is rare (in my experience) to actually have everything work out "as promised" without any glitches. These transactions that I have just had with Fine Linens were flawless, my requests handled promptly and professionally and follow through was superb. I am thrilled with this entire buying experience and highly recommend Fine Linens -- thank you!

Just bought the Sferra Giza 45 linens. Took them out of the package and can tell how nice they are. They had a pungent odor to them. I hope that washes out.

The personal were very courteous and helpful. They answered all my questions with a "smile" on their face. I had an excellent experience working with them.

I Google searched for my dream towels (Abyss), they were competitively priced on Fine Linens. The website was easy to navigate, so the purchase was a pleasure. The towels arrived within a few days - and we're in heaven! I plan to use Fine Linens again, and have already recommended both them & Abyss to my sister-in-law.
