Fine LinensReviews of finelinens.com

Excellent store !!!

I love the Abyss towels and have two full sets. I ordered two additional hand towels and realized they weren't the right color so called your office. The fellow answering was very cool and implied that I couldn't return the towels because they were custom made for the color. Nothing said I couldn't return them then he rather grudgingly agreed that I could return them (and I had already ordered replacement colors earlier today). I realize this might just be typical New York attitude but it certainly didn't inspire me to talk to that fellow again.

The mattress pad is a little thin but good quality

I have purchased from Fine Linens many times in the past and will continue to do so. They are the best when it comes to product choice, shipping and price. A fantastic company.

They sent samples, they sent me a welcome coupon, they sent me my beautiful throw! What more can I say?

My experience with Fine Linens was excellent. Products were as represented, customer service was great as was delivery time. Would highly recommend this business!

I received the duvet cover I ordered quicker than any other seller of this product and they offered free shipping. I will definitely order from Fine Linens again, excellent service!

I recently bought a Matuok sheet from this company. It came very quickly and was exactly what I had been looking for. The quality and beauty of these sheets can't be beat!
