My experience with ordering from Fine Linens was excellent. The customer service representative was very helpful in answering questions about the product. The order consisted of two king-size pillowcases, made from fine, soft cotton. I am beryvpleased with the product. I recommend this purveyor for others who are also unable to locate fine linens in the vicinity of their town.

I have made numerous purchases of bedding from Fine Linens over the years and remain consistently satisfied with their service and products.

An item I received was damaged. While Fine Linens was helpful in resolving the issue, I felt that too much time and effort was wasted while the company worked with the manufacturer to replace my item. I believe the company should have resolved the issue directly with me and then sorted it out with the manufacturer.

I discovered the Fine Linens website after searching on line, without success, for some good quality table linens for my son’s engagement party. The high quality and beautiful selection had eluded me elsewhere. I placed my order effortlessly and it arrived just as promised. I am delighted to have found this source for fine linens at affordable prices.
