Since I have been at my current company for 20 plus years, I was overwhelmed with the amount of information and had no idea where to start my resume. I was having issues streamlining all my accomplishments. I sent all my information to Andy and had a 2-hour call with him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. After I received the first draft we had another follow up call from 1.5 hours to make some edits. I am so impressed with the final resume and cover letter. Andy was very professional. He spent a significant amount of time with me to get all the relevant information for my resume and gave me many good suggestions that we used. The end result was a very professionally written resume. In the past I've used two other resume services and received a final version that included grammatical errors and they provided little to no value in the way of valuable suggestions or ideas.

Waste of money. I got more hits on my resume before I had it redone. Barely any hits now and no interviews at all. Now my resume is so vague that I don't get any hits. They are supposed to be the professionals so I thought I was getting good advice but it was simply a waste of money. I was told they specialize in Project management and other similar roles but that definitely is not the case. I should have went with another vendor. It is also definitely not a week it is more like a month. You have to wait almost a week before they assigned it to a writer, then a week for the writer to schedule an appointment with you, then 5-7 business days between each change. I was getting some hits on my resume prior to the updated resume but now I get none. I expected a lot more with the amount of money I paid and plan to file a claim with BBB if the are not willing to give me my money back.
