She went out of her way to deliver in an exemplary profile, guiding me and giving me customized instructions to better market myself to employers. I feel confident going into the job market because of her. I highly recommend Virginia to mid-level, senior and C-Suite level personnel looking for the next step in their professional career. Amazing job, and I will definitely use this service in the future should I need a review or advice.

Amazing service provided by Greg. A very professional and systematic approach was followed which helped in delivering great results. I am personally very satisfied with the services I have received.

Very personalized service. Heather was great at asking me key questions about what I was looking for and clearly explaining steps to use LinkedIn search features. She was also very quick to follow up with notes and suggestions for me to taylor my applications.

My writer was Kimberly S. Long story short, I set my expectations and she met every last one of them. She is both patient and knowledgeable about the industry I am in. I started receiving call backs from my resume within a month of submissions. On the other hand, I landed my new job almost a year later. Not because of the resume, but due to a much needed confidence boost on my part during the interviewing process.

This service exceeded my expectations. Melissa C. does awesome work and a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Pamela from FMP and everything came out extremely well. She was very personable to talk to and flexible with her time to have conversations regarding any questions I had. I've been getting a lot of attention as an entry-level engineer, all thanks to Pamela and FMP!

The process was very clear right from the start. Then Virginia continue my resume write up and the LinkedIn update. She was excellent and I liked her way of engagement. Now I can depend on the newly ATS CV.

I have to say that Bruce did an awesome job at writing my federal resume, something that I could have never done. He sent the resume as promise with very small changes. Thanks Again Bruce for your attention to details. Awesome, Awesome!
