The Financial Gym is amazing. They really make you feel comfortable when talking about finances. Its a no judgement zone and everyone is rooting for you to reach your goals. Crystal is my trainer and she is wonderful. I 100% recommend the gym!

Honestly, I question the professionalism of this program. After a very impressive series of on boarding sessions, it became apparent that we were barely attended to once Financial Gym had us on a subscription. Additionally, our trainer was clearly overworked and stressed as we had access to their calendar. Additionally, when our trainer left the firm, the CEO sent a very unprofessional email to all of his clients which was the reason that we decided to work with him apart from the firm, as opposed to finding a new trainer.

Daniel, we are so sorry that you felt you were un-attended to. We want to ensure each of our clients feel supported throughout their entire membership with us. We wish you the best of luck on your financial journey and if you do choose to return to us, we will make sure to give you the best experience possible.

Very good with accountability, non-negotiables, and goal identification but overall too rudimentary. Too simplistic and standard in plan. My advisor was not able to answer clearly on simple, basic tax and business questions and kept pushing things that are important overall, but that I knew and was doing already. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not an expert.

Lya we are so sorry that you didn't feel challenged during your time with us. We could have placed you with a more experienced and veteran trainer to ensure you were getting the practical answers you needed. If you would like to work with us again in this capacity, please let us know and we'd be happy to pair you with the appropriate trainer!

The employees at this company are very good at meeting you where you are at and keeping you accountable with compassion. During the federal government shutdown, they waived their fees which was more than I could say for any other bill that came through. I have appreciated the advice and guidance they have provided me in the last few months and look forward to continue working with them.

I wanted to love it. Great idea, but just wasn’t a fit for me. Felt it was a little basic. When paying for a service, I’d expect for their staff to uphold their ends, unfortunately i think staff is spread a little thin. My trainer forgot calls that we’d schedule and I had to reminder her that she’d straight up missed calls we had planned. Hopefully the fingym can get it together.

Tamara thank you for your feedback. We have certainly gone through growing periods where workloads have been heavy for the staff, but we never want this to hinder the client's experience or value. Our team has grown and is continuing to grow, so if you're open to trying our service again I am confident you will receive a much different experience.

My husband and I have been clients of TFG and Shannon McLay for roughly 4 years now. The Financial Gym has been an incredible support and guidance system for us as we navigated through combining our finances, planning a wedding, and most recently buying a house! Not only did TFG give us the expertise to be able to accomplish all of this, they also gave us the confidence in ourselves to know we can accomplish whatever our financial goals are by outlining a roadmap and checking in along the way. I would recommend TFG to anyone!

Since joining and entrusting The Financial Gym with my financial woes, I’ve not only maintained my savings account, but also expanded my life savings, increased my credit score and have become more accountable to how I spend my money. Joy is a TREASURE to work with! Thank you so much!

The Financial Gym is amazing. I've been a member for over three years and was very skeptical when I first joined. I almost quit after every meeting in my first year, but you have to stick with it. I have saved more money than I ever thought possible in the past three years, all while being able to spend money on my priorities. The Financial Gym takes on such a personal approach. I email my trainer with questions and she's always so quick to respond. If you're looking for a judgement free zone to get the help you need with your money, TFG is a must.
