After hearing that Financial Gym would work with clients remotely I was extremely excited. Scheduled a consult only to have the associate no show for our call. Very unprofessional and a big waste of my time. I was then told because I was remotely working they would not accept my business. I explained that all my accounts were in the USA and again I refused business. I suggested that they clarify who they work with on their website. This would provide information so others do not waste their time or money with this company.

I have repeatedly asked that I stop being charged for a service I have never used and continually get charged $75 per month. No one responds to these requests. This is ridiculous

My initial experience was good, and I felt great about becoming a member. Then my coach parted ways with the company, which I was notified of via an email from HQ. Fine. I chose a new coach and scheduled a call. It was cancelled. No explanation. No follow up emails except one that seemed automated and was meant for a group of clients. No follow up. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone as the majority of my experience lacked professionalism and basic customer service.

These people will rob you blind. They don’t honor their money back guarantee. Thanks to there help I am $4000 further into debt. I requested a refund at the 6 month mark and they refuse to give back the money. Watch out this is false advertising. They don’t actually help! The marketing department are liars. They are not clear about the terms and conditions of the money back guarantee. They put it in the fine print and do not disclose any information. They are not clear about there terms. Do not let them fool you. They do not honor their money back guarantee. My adviser hasn't talked to me since August and I started the financial gym in June. She just left me hanging. I didn't think much since they had the money back guarantee. I never used any of their services and they did not help. Come around 6 months right on the dot I ask for money back and they pulled some fine print eligibility BS on me. These people don't actually help they just have a good marketing team to fooling you into wasting your money. There are so many free services you can get on the market, and so many blogs to educate yourself. Don't let these people take your money.

I signed a 3 month contract in April 2019. Had two calls and never any follow up after those two initial calls. I cancelled my 3 month contract as per the terms of the agreement and I am still being charged $200 monthly. I reach out every month for a refund and never received one. Stay away! At this point I am owed $1200 for incorrect charges.

They never called me back for my rescheduled appointment. All correspondence is addressed to someone named "Adriana", which by the way, is not my name.
