I've been a Financial Gym client for two months and I have had such a positive experience. My trainer helped me create and stick to a budget and taught me lots of new tricks to stick to my goals and feel more confident managing my money. The gym also has great resources to increase your financial literacy from in person wine & learns to webinars and Shannon's awesome podcast. The best part about the gym is it takes the shame out of cleaning up your money situation. My trainer makes money management seem accessible and I never thought I'd say this but, actually fun. I highly recommend it!

I couldn't say enough how much I love the Financial Gym! I have been working with my financial advisor for a little over a year now and she has improved my financials so much. Not only that but she also made me super confident in my financial journey. I couldn't recommend the Financial Gym enough.

My trainer has helped to to save more in the last 6 months than I ever have in my life. She holds me accountable and is so encouraging. My monetary stress levels have gone down significantly. I feel so much more in control of my life and expenses. What i have learned through fingym has been indispensable.

Apparently it has taken me 20 years to recognize that "financial planners" and "financial advisors" do not have your best interest in mind. They will always sell you the best product or service to make them the most commission. It is that simple. If you are not an active advocate for your own financial future, you will be taken advantage of. When I saw the The Financial Gym founder and CEO, Shannon on The Today Show it was almost like she was speaking directly to me. I knew I needed to get my financial life in order, and it was my responsibility to do so. The Financial Gym educates you, and does not push or sell any product, nor are they affiliated with any financial institution, credit card, or bank. They are unbiased and ethical. They make their money on a subscription based model, so there is no incentive for them to mislead or deceive you like other financial institutions. My financial coach actually offered to phone in on a conference call with a financial planner I was planning on working with, and as soon as I let this financial planner know that my Financial Gym coach was going to be joining us, he emailed me that "maybe it was best we didn't work together if I didn't trust him." Bullet dodged! As soon as I had my "financially naked" starter session, where you lay our everything on the table to your "financial coach," it finally clicked for me that The Financial Gym was going to "teach me to fish" instead of blindly "just telling me what to do" for someone else's benefit. I have a masters degree and a professional job, but finance was just not something that I had bothered to learn, so financially speaking, signing up with The Financial Gym was the best fiscally responsible decision I have ever made. Since then, I gifted my own mother a membership, who is entering the retirement phase of her life, and also my 2 best friends memberships for Christmas. To say I am a believer in this company is an understatement. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
