We really appreciated our Financial Trainer Garrett! He did a great job going through our budget and helping us to make goals. Unfortunately, it was just too expensive for us and we have a really tight budget to start with. There were member only meetings that would have been great to attend but unfortunately, they were during our working hours. I am sure it is really hard to find a good time when you have clients across several time zones!

I just decided to join The Financial Gym, there was a concern with the monthly membership price. I was paying and a written redo regarding my Financial plan. Jessica that works here is very fair and clarified the confusion and went way above to correct and credit this. I will highly recommend this company to others. I look forward to working with this company to meet my goals to achieve my financial goals. Thanks!

Not sure but this budget tracker is not functional. Onboarding went well and the plan outlined was nice to have on paper. Still on the fence on whether its a service that's worth so much per month. I want to love the idea and the trainers are strong I just wonder if more day to day practical management might cut it.

Very good with accountability, non-negotiables, and goal identification but overall too rudimentary. Too simplistic and standard in plan. My advisor was not able to answer clearly on simple, basic tax and business questions and kept pushing things that are important overall, but that I knew and was doing already. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not an expert.

I wanted to love it. Great idea, but just wasn’t a fit for me. Felt it was a little basic. When paying for a service, I’d expect for their staff to uphold their ends, unfortunately i think staff is spread a little thin. My trainer forgot calls that we’d schedule and I had to reminder her that she’d straight up missed calls we had planned. Hopefully the fingym can get it together.

I love the financial gym and I love having someone to hold me accountable for my progress. However, when I signed up for the program I was under the impression that we would have monthly check-ins to chat about changes, progress, etc. Due to logistics that's no longer a part of my package. In addition, their financial tracker interface is awful... worse than mint or any other budget tracker I've ever seen. It doesn't learn to recognize charges so categorizing them has to be done manually. SO, overall I'd say I'm happy with The Financial Gym, but I'm not yet entirely sure what I'm paying for monthly. I wish I could just pay for my individual quarterly sessions because I'm still using my old third party budget tracker and not meeting with anyone monthly...

Aside from the initial plan overview, I'm not really sure what the benefit is. I have little to no contact with my trainer on the monthly basis and I don't think I'll continue this service the next check in.

The in-person experience is great but there is such a lack of digital resources in comparison to all of their competitors that makes it hard for me to approach my goals conveniently (it is not a one-stop-shop.) There should be no reason that I should pay additional money for other financial tools when I already pay a monthly due for the Financial Gym but currently that's what's happening.
